About

I'm an artist and a small business owner, originally from the great state of Indiana. I spend my days drinking coffee, working on the business, and making stuff. I've spent the last 6 years in Seattle developing Evergreen Paws, a successful dog walking and pet care company while continuing to make art along the way.

My art is playful while focusing on nature and community, and how we interact with the land. I am interested in the human environment interaction and how the landscape changes through time.

I received my BFA Fine Arts from Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio, graduating Cum Laude. I studied fine art and design with an emphasis on printmaking while at CCAD. I learned traditional mediums including drawing, painting, and sculpting, as well as new digital mediums.

I also studied cultural and physical geography at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, earning my BA in Geography. I specialized in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and cartography. I learned to create user-friendly maps and infographics that optimize information communicated while maintaining simplicity.
